Product Description
Fixed fire rated die-cast downlight compplete with moisture seal and low voltage MR16 12v 50w lamp. Twist & lock.
Available in white, brass, brushed nickle, chrome.

- Integrated fire and acoustic barrier
- Integrated intumescent material completely seals the downlight and ceiling cut-out in the event of fire
Approvals
Fire
- Fully tested for 30, 60 and 90 minute fire ceilings
- Tested to BS476 - Part 20, Part 21: Load Bearing Timber Ceilings & Part 23: 90 minute protection to load bearing steel beams (suspended ceilings).
Acoustic
- Tested to BS EN 140-6 : 1998 for airborne and impact sound insulation measurements in accordance with the acoustic performance required with downlighters installed in Robust Detail floors.
Moisture
- Fixed version fitted with special seals to inhibit the flow of air and moisture through the fitting as required by Part C of the Building Regulations.
