Product Description

Circular Soffit Ventilator G700: Principally designed to be fitted to the new soffit board prior to installation for new building situations , it can be also easily retro-fitted into existing soffit boards. To achieve 10mm2 free airflow the G700 should be fitted into a 70mm hole drilled into the soffit board every 200mm to meet building regualtions.

Continuous Soffit Ventilator G800 10mm2 Airflow: Designed to provide a solution to roof ventilation requirements where a traditional facia board is specified. Manufactures in UPVC selection, it is screwed onto the facia board and securly supports the the soffit board which is inserted into the self retaining mouth.

Continuous Sloping Soffit Ventilator G821: Designed to provide ventilation for sloping eaves.

Low Pitch and  Flat Roof Soffit Ventilation G827: Designed to provide airflow for low pitched and flat roof applications. The main use is with thick section soffit boards in the flator sloping position.

Cross Flow Eaves Panel G400 G450 G600:  A rigid vacuum formed panel designed to provide the necessary air gap between the roof felt and loft insulation enabling the required ventilation to the roof space. Three spaces are available to encompass most of rafter centres.

Refurbishment Eaves VentilatorG435-G645: Designed to be used in a refurbishment situation and is fitted from within the roof space.

Cross Flow Flyscreened Eaves Panel G455 G605 G620: The rigid vaccuum formed panel designed for an easy fix to open eaves or cottage style eaves. The panel incorporates a perforated fly screen.

Continuous Roll Panel Eaves Ventilator G500 G502: Provides a simple and economical solution to the problem of eaves ventilation. Suitable for 450mm and 600mm rafter centres. The panel is suitable for new build situations while its flexibility makes it ideal for refurbishments while rafter centres are often not constant or unknown.

Flash Vent G1105: A simple roll out flexiable sheet system, which provides a weather type solution to the need for continuous 5mm airflow at roof abutment details. Manthorpes Flash Vent can be used over a profiled tiles or non profiled tiles or slates without compromising its effectiveness.

Eaves Combi Filler G1275: The eaves combi filler is designed to prohibit entry of birds and large insects below the eaves of profiled tiles.

Felt Support Tray G1280: To prevent roof sagging and pudding.

Roof Ventilation Pack G1292 G1290: The Manthorpe six meter ventilation pack provides a practical and cost effective solution to roof ventilation requirements. The pack contains a six meter run of Manthorpe over fascia ventilator, roll panel and felt support trays.

Over Fascia VentilatorG2500N (25mm airflow): Designed to be  fitted on top of the fascia board, the over fascia ventilator discreely ensures a positive passage of airflow into the roof space between the felt and fascia board making it ideal for the new build and re-roofing situations.

Flat Roof Soffit Ventilator G826: Designed for flat roof application where an upright fixing is required to ensure airflow. Supplied in 3.1 metre lengths for a variety of applications with or without soffit board.

Flexpipe/Adaptor GRPA 8,000mm Airflow GRPA 1/2/3: The GRPA Flexible pipe provides an economical quick and effective connection between roof vent terminals and ventilation pipes. Compatible with most common roof vent terminals and standard 4” soil pipe ventilation ducting systems. An extra long version the GRPA1 is available. Both lengths are supplied with worm drive band clamp. For 3” diameter connection spigots, use reduction adaptor GRPA 3.

Eaves Comb Filler G1275 1m long:  The eaves comb filler is designed to prohibit entry of birds and large insects below the eaves of profiled tiles.
