SP400 Breather Membrane
Product Description
Monarflex SP400 is a specially formulated three layer product using ground breaking co-polymer coating technology which provides an extremely water resistant breather membrane with unique UV resistance properties. It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as insulated metal sheet roofing, rainscreens and wall cladding. Monarflex SP400 will prevent moisture build up within the structure by allowing any water vapour to pass through to the external side where it can be removed by ventilation. Monarflex SP400 exceeds all the requirements of BS 4016 1997: Specification for Building Membranes (breather type)
