TLX RafterFit
TLX RafterFit is a smart narrow width multi-foil which can be used instead of PIR in 38x100mm or 50x100mm rafters, at 400mm or 600mm centres. The product combines a core air layer with mirrored surfaces that reflect infra-red heat. Web ultra-sonic technology joins materials without stitching which avoids air leakage or moisture contamination.
TLX RafterFit is three times quicker to install between rafters than 100 percent rigid board. The product achieves 0.18 with 65mm of phenolic foam and reflects more than 80 percent of infra-red radiation. Available for 400mm & 600mm centres wings staple to the rafter edge and set 50mm air gap. Battening out is optional with TLX RafterFit and the product can adjust to irregular rafter widths
Easy to cut and fit into awkward space, it reflects more than 95 percent of radiation and is air and vapour tight -cutting CO² emissions. No face mask required to install and the product is clean and hypoallergenic. BBA certified, Part L compliant.
