Product Description
NMCs System 2000 is a flexible insulation and pipe-protecting system engineered for demanding environments.
Being designed to overcome Under Insulation Corrosion, its resilient and closed cell elastomeric structure in a tough, yet flexible coating provides a barrier to water vapour and moisture intrusion, while also being a highly durable and thermally and mechanically mobile tolerant insulation material.
System 2000 provides a flame retardant and low toxicity index which contributes to both improving environmental impact and its thermal and acoustic efficiency. This allows for the mechanical service temperature range of -40oc to +116oc, thus allowing for use within a wide range of industries.
Poor installation is immediately apparent and remains transparent to electronic subsequent visual inspection. Coupled with the implementation of a colour coding system, this product allows for easy service identification, and therefore quick reparations.
